Thank you in advance for taking the time to get to know me.  I would like to share a little about my background.  Prior to entering into the Real Estate Industry I embarked on a career as a professional in the "business world".  Shortly after high school I had enrolled into the CMA (Certified Managerial Accounting) program through Continuing Education at the University of Manitoba.  I achieved my Advanced Certificate of Accounting designation during this time.  For nine years I gained much experience in many different facets while practising my skills.

I then decided a career change was necessary to grow as a person by providing value from my learned experiences and to give back in ways that I could.  One such example of this is the enjoyment of helping first time buyers not only find a suitable home, but to ensure they are aware of the financial responsibility prior to such a purchase.  Transferring my skills over from a world of numbers, analysis, budgets, and economic prediction, has allowed me to pay-it-forward while transitioning into the Real Estate Industry.  This knowledge and for-sight of market trends and analysis has aided my clients, buyers and sellers alike, to make better informed decisions regarding real estate and place a different perspective regarding real estate in general.  I am now entering my fifth year as a real estate professional and have immensely enjoyed the journey along the way.

I truly feel that real estate or more importantly your home should be regarded as a place of comfort, security, tranquility, family growth, and learned knowledge.  It is my belief that pride of home ownership should be expressed in these manners.  On the "flip-side" with no pun intended, real estate can also be a powerful tool to create wealth by building a long term investment portfolio for you and your family or for short-term financial gain.  In either regard, I am here to help you decide which path or paths might be best suited for you.

Besides real estate, I am an avid reader, I enjoy writing, playing the keyboard, camping, fishing, playing golf and tennis, going to the movies, working out at the gym and have an interest in the field of health and nutrition.
